Founded in 2007, FIMA Architecture SA is based in Le Châble and Verbier, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. For nearly twenty years, the practice has been assisting public authorities, investors, developers and private clients in the design and delivery of demanding architectural projects.

From public buildings and prestigious private residences to hotels, real estate developments, tourism infrastructure and heritage projects, FIMA is involved in projects where architectural quality, site integration, technical expertise and financial management are inseparable.

The experience gained through landmark projects such as the W Verbier Hotel and its master plan has enabled the firm to develop a recognised expertise in the delivery of complex developments. Today, this know-how extends across both public commissions and the most demanding private projects.

Every project represents a significant investment, high expectations and substantial responsibilities. Our role is to transform these challenges into successful and well-managed developments. We assist our clients throughout administrative procedures, planning, tendering, construction management, cost control and quality supervision, all the way through to project completion and commissioning.

Beyond architecture itself, our clients seek a trusted partner capable of anticipating risks, safeguarding their interests and making the decisions required to ensure the successful delivery of each project. This relationship of trust forms the foundation of our practice.

FIMA brings together experienced architects, construction managers and partners who share the same values. Our mission is to transform a vision into a fully realised and carefully managed project. Through attentive listening, open dialogue and a thorough understanding of each project's specific challenges, we develop pragmatic, sustainable and tailored solutions while protecting our clients' interests at every stage of the process.

Some of our projects, particularly within the field of prestigious private residences, remain intentionally confidential. This discretion, combined with the continued trust of our clients, reflects the values that have guided our practice since its foundation.
